8. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be liable for reshipping costs.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your item, or if it’s delayed beyond the estimates, please contact us within 7 days at info@brevillego.co.uk.
